FrontierHacks / Privacy
Your information.
Your space.
This notice explains how the FrontierHacks website handles the information you choose to share.
Last updated: October 29, 2026.
Participant accounts
When you create an account, we use your email address to manage sign-in, verification, and password recovery. You can add a display name, a short bio, a GitHub profile link, and a Discord username. Optional profile fields can be left blank.
Your profile is not a public directory listing. The account page lets you view, update, and export your profile. Authorized organizers and service administrators may access account information when needed to operate the service or resolve a support request.
Registration and community
Official event registration takes place on Luma (opens in a new tab). A FrontierHacks account is separate from registration and does not reserve a place at the event. Joining our Discord server is also optional and separate from your website account.
Luma and Discord handle information under their own privacy policies. This website does not import your registration status, Discord messages, or server activity.
Sponsor inquiries
The sponsor contact form prepares an email draft in your email application. It does not submit or store a copy on this website. If you send the email, the organizer receives the details you include and uses them to respond to your inquiry.
Storage and service providers
Account services use PostgreSQL and Supabase Auth. The site stores sign-in session information in your browser so you can stay signed in. Signing out removes the active session from that browser. Do not use a shared device to stay signed in.
Our website host and account service may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to provide and protect the service. We do not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts to this website.
Questions and removal requests
You can edit or clear optional profile fields in your account. To request account deletion, a copy of your information, or ask a privacy question, email kamarthapusri@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before making changes.
Account removal does not automatically remove a Luma registration, Discord membership, or email correspondence. Contact the relevant service or organizer for those requests.
